Melt two tablespoons of margarine or butter in a small bowl or cup
Add:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine
Mix the ingredients
Rinse and dry fish fillets
Pour some of the mixture in a 9 1/2" by 13 1/2" glass baking dish
Drag each fillet through the mixture, coating both sides
Pour remainder of the mixture over the top of the fillets
Sprinkle parsley flakes over the fillets
Sprinkle Panko flakes over the fillets
Preheat oven to 350 (thin fillets-fluke) or 375 (thick fillets-striped bass)
Bake for appoximately 15 minutes, until flaky
Switch oven to 'Broil' to brown the tops
Remove and serve; enjoy. Hy

I haven't make this dish in a while; don't really know why. I'm making it tonight using flounder fillet; side dishes are couscous and brocholi. Hy
